We were commissioned in 2008 to provide architectural plans for a new state of the art Nursing Home, to be situated at the top of Hendford Hill and adjacent to the Quicksilver Mail public house in Yeovil. We successfully applied for Planning Consent and Building Regulation Approval. Local building contractor R G Spiller Ltd of Chard were duly appointed to carry out the construction works, and the facility opened in March 2010.
The Nursing Home facility provides all en-suite rooms, with separate floors catering for dementia care and private nursing and care and has just over 1600m² of floor space.
