We have produced architectural and Building Regulation plans for the conversion, part extension and rebuilding of a redundant outbuilding into a contemporary leisure complex providing swimming pool, leisure area, changing rooms and sauna. This was a complicated design due to its close proximity to a Grade I listed building.
Comprehensive negotiations, discussions and site meetings took place between the local Planning Department, Listed Building Consent Department and English Heritage. The outcome provided a modern, attractive and family-friendly complex which complements the historical design and features of the original listed building.
