Alan Young is your local Yeovil, Somerset and Dorset chartered surveyor. Alan set up a sole practitioner practice in 1986, having completed a BSc degree in Building Surveying at Leicester Polytechnic, and became an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 1984.
Alan was born in Yeovil and educated in the locality, and therefore has a good understanding of the local environment, needs and amenities.

We also provide a full range of building surveys, including the full building survey (formerly known as a structural survey), RICS Homebuyer Report, ISVA HomeSurvey Report and mortgage valuation.
